Peter Moran

CSO, Singapore

Peter Moran is the Chief Scientific Officer of Bilcare Technologies. He was the Founding
Director of Singular ID Pte Ltd, which was acquired by Bilcare Technologies in December 2007.

As the Founding Director, he built a comprehensive research and technology enterprise, focused
on innovation in brand protection. Prior to starting Singular ID, he served the Institute of Materials
Research and Engineering (Singapore), managing about 50 staff in the Micro- and
Nanosystems group. 

He has a Ph.D. in Engineering and M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics and Engineering all from Brown
University, US.  His first degree is in Mechnical Engineering from the University of Cape Town,
South Africa.
