Manoj Arora, Chief Information Officer of Bilcare is responsible for Customer Solutions Planning & Delivery
for Bilcare’s Non-clonable Security Technologies.

He has over 18 years of experience in delivering IT Strategy & Planning, IT enabled business
transformation, and Information technology Services governance & operations.

Prior to this, he was the Group CIO at Hemas Holdings Ltd., Sri Lanka where he was responsible for
establishing & running group wide corporate IT services organization and rolling out SAP &
SAP-enabled financial shared services setup & operations across its 20 companies. In his previous
experience, he has served as CIO of Lucent Technologies in India, Becton Dickinson India Limited
and the Defense R&D Organization, Ministry of Defense, India, among others.

He holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, MS in Computer Science and BS (Hons) Statistics.
