Dr. Satya Sharma

Advisor to Chairman & Managing Director

Dr. Satya Sharma is the Advisor to Chairman & M.D of Bilcare Technologies.

In his illustrious career, Dr. Sharma has managed technology, product development, marketing
and financial functions, operations and taken a leadership role in organizational transformation.

Dr. Sharma is also the Executive Director of the Center of Excellence in Wireless
and Information Technology (CEWIT) and a Professor at Stony Brook University in New York.

In his previous roles, Dr. Sharma has served Symbol Technologies (now part of Motorola)
as the Senior Vice President from 1995 to 2003, overseeing various divisions of the
company including worldwide operations, mobile computing & wireless engineering,
and quality & process improvements. Prior to his tenure at Symbol, he held the position of
Director at Bell Labs and at AT&T Power Systems. He also held a leadership position at
Lucent Technologies.

Dr. Sharma holds a Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, an Ivy League School and an MBA from Ohio State University.
