Winston Tan is the Head – Operations at Bilcare Technologies. In his previous
experience, he has served as Vice President – Operations in an Equipment Automation Solutions
company and a Quality Director in a hard disk manufacturing organization.

He has over X years of experience and has managed a highly skilled workforce providing automation
solutions to Semiconductor and Hard Disk customers including overseeing the regional quality
responsibility for the Electronic Assembly Operations in 3 countries.

He has a degree in Electronics from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
